1. Shipping Destinations
SA Pets currently ships products within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the destination within South Africa. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In the unlikely event that there are any delays in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
4. Delivery Times
Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
SA Pets ships to physical addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
7. Insurance and Claims
All shipments from SA Pets are insured. In the unfortunate event that your package is damaged, lost, or stolen during transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please contact us immediately if you encounter any issues with your shipment.
8. Shipping Delays
SA Pets is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
